Therapy for Grief & Trauma
online in Los Angeles & across California
Helping you heal from loss and believe in your worth.
A painful loss has left your world in pieces.
You’re struggling with being angry at someone you loved, and then feeling guilty for having anger at all.
You’re stuck in a loop of regret and frustration, constantly asking yourself how you got entangled in this situation. When did caring for someone become so complicated, so heartbreaking?
You’re holding back from truly grieving the loss – whether it’s the death of a loved one, or the end of a relationship that meant everything to you.
It feels like you’re not making any progress. You’re so hard on yourself, wondering, Why can’t I heal faster?
Maybe everything is falling apart at once.
You’re trapped in a toxic workplace.
It’s all you know, and you’ve become numb to how awful it actually is.
Recent company-wide layoffs have you constantly on edge, fearing you’ll be the next to lose your job.
You’re dealing with one loss after another — relationships, job, your sense of self — and it’s too much.
You’re not able to just shake it off and move on, the way you’ve done before.
Your body’s holding onto everything. You’re getting migraines, stomachaches, and random pains that won’t go away.
You never want to be here again, this scared and alone.
You’re so over being in a relationship where you’re constantly second-guessing yourself; or a job where you’re running on empty and nobody sees you.
You’re looking for something different.
You’ve come to the right place.
You are worthy, and healing is possible.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a space where all of you is welcome – all identities and all emotions, even the ones that don’t seem to make sense.
Here, you can be angry and grieving, sad and frustrated, loving and mad at your person, all at once.
We’ll explore how simply allowing yourself to feel can be so healing.
Maybe you grew up in a household where you weren’t allowed to express your emotions, and had pretend that everything was okay.
This is a space where you get to heal.
When you work with me, you’ll learn how to…
build the awareness you need to break generational cycles that don’t serve you (which you may have seen in your parents and older generations)
prioritize your own time, instead of constantly sacrificing it to take care of others
process your emotions through reflection and self-care, instead of overworking just to mask the pain
understand and believe in your own worthiness
speak up for yourself when you want and need to make a change
recognize that you’re not behind in life – you’re right where you need to be, and maybe even ahead
really show up for yourself and be present for your life, possibly for the first time ever
We’ll explore the mind-body connection, because healing is not just in the mind; it’s also in the body.
I incorporate somatic therapy and breathwork in our sessions, so you can connect with feelings of empowerment and worthiness in your own body.
You won’t just think about feeling better – you’ll actually get to experience it in the moment.
I’ll show you how you can re-access this powerful feeling whenever you need it.
Because it comes directly from you.
When it comes to complex experiences like grief and trauma, I understand how isolating it can feel; like no one really gets it.
And you might even be telling yourself, “it’s not that bad anyway; I should just get over it.”
You don’t have to do this alone.
I’m here to help you make sense of what you’ve been through and find your way to feeling more healed, whole, and worthy.
HOW WILL WE WORK TOGETHER?
I’m trained in a variety of mind-body approaches to best support your healing. Each session is unique, personalized to your needs.

Many clients like to end our sessions with breathwork. I’ll guide you through breathing practices, bringing you to a place of inner stillness. As you breathe, you’ll hear affirmations like, “You are worthy, you are right where you need to be,” allowing you to leave feeling both grounded and elevated.
-
EMDR is a way to process memories that bring up fear and anxiety. We’ll use simple techniques, like tapping and breathing, to help your brain process those memories and feel less overwhelmed by them.
-
Grief is a form of love. This is a space where we normalize all the emotions that come up along the journey. Feeling is healing.
Therapy can help you…
heal from cycles of intergenerational trauma
grieve and process your emotions in a safe space
process shifts in your identity as you leave relationships, jobs, and places behind
feel your worthiness

Yes. In addition to weekly 50-minute sessions, I also offer Intensives, which are extended 3-hour sessions. Therapy intensives are a great option if you’re looking to feel better sooner, as the extra time allows for focused and accelerated healing.
