Child & Family Counseling
online in Los Angeles & across California
Helping immigrant families from all over the world strengthen connection and communication across generations.
You can tell your child is struggling.
But you don’t know what's wrong or how to help.
Maybe…
Your child is having more meltdowns than usual.
The whole family is grieving a loss.
Your teen is showing a lot of stress. It seems like she’s always competing with her friends.
Your young kids are acting out, being silly one minute and defiant the next.
Your older kids are drifting away from you, spending all their time playing video games. You’re worried about their upcoming high school years, their future, and their career prospects.
I specialize in family counseling, supporting parents, children, and teens.
When a child is having a tough time, the entire family is having a tough time too.
That’s why we achieve the most meaningful progress when we include everyone in therapy.
My goal is to help you build a stronger family connection, where you have open conversations and spend quality time together.
No more wondering if your kid is really okay, or trying to guess what they’re feeling.
If you’re looking for help for your child and don’t know where to start…
You’ve come to the right place.

With strategies & support, your kids can learn to express their feelings in healthier ways, and you can feel more peace as a parent.
Let’s get started.
In our sessions, I focus on helping parents, children, and teens…
learn how to handle overwhelming feelings
establish healthy structures in daily life
strengthen parent-child bonding
facilitate conversations that build self-esteem and confidence
create a safe environment for open communication
Together, we’ll help your children develop a strong foundation for understanding and expressing their emotions.
As parents, you’ll gain clarity on your family values and how to effectively guide your children in living them.
You’ll learn ways to support your child’s mental health, as well as your own.
Through family counseling, everyone will share more open, engaged conversations together.
Instead of watching your kids isolate behind screens, we’ll create a space for your family to unite and work toward shared goals.
Kids and parents look forward to our family therapy sessions. They know that for this hour, they’ll be a team, building a stronger and more connected family together.

Say goodbye to constant meltdowns…
…and hello to more connected, meaningful time together as a family.
Child & Family Counseling is for you if…
You’re parents of young children, wanting more peace and fewer meltdowns
You’re parents of a teen who is struggling with self-esteem, screen time, or issues at school
You’re an immigrant family working to build better communication and connection between parents & kids
To best serve your family, we’ll include all members in therapy for children under 10.
For kids 10 and older, individual therapy is available.
