Helping you reclaim your mind and perform at your best again.
Does this sound familiar?
You used to be on top of your game.
Now? Not so much.
People you used to beat are beating you.
You’re dropping in the ranks and freezing in the moments that matter most. In the clutch, on the last lap, you peak, and someone’s passing you.
You’re getting in your head, freaking out because it’s all on the line and it’s just you.
Now it’s a tiebreaker, pressure’s on… and you crumble. You watch the win slip away. Again.
You worry that your best days are behind you.
You’re tired of melting down at tournaments and seeing your name at the bottom of the scoreboard.
In moments when you’re just about to lose your cool…
What if you could reclaim your mind?
What if you could take back control?
Imagine staying calm, focused, and playing like you know you can.
Sports psychology coaching can help.

“Pressure is a privilege.”
- Billie Jean King
During our coaching sessions, I’ll help you…
explore what’s happening inside you during high-pressure moments
mindfully understand and manage your mental state during meets and tournaments
rewrite the negative self-talk that holds you back
condition your mind to feel relaxed and ready for peak performance
visualize – and believe in – your own success
We’re not here to amplify our comparison to others.
We’re here to amplify our belief in ourselves.
It is possible to reclaim your mind and trust yourself again.
We’ll build your mental toolkit for high-pressure situations, applying creative and strategic methods from sports psychology.
You’ll learn to track your physical and mental state, and use that awareness to re-focus and reconnect with yourself.
This will help you bring your best when it matters most.
Your performance can evolve.
You can start seeing new results.
With the right mindset & support, you can have the big-time moments you dream of.
Let’s work together to get you there.
Hi, I’m Christine.
I’ve been where you are.
I understand how sports elicit consistent reactions from yourself – the pace of the ball, the speed of the game, the pressure of everyone watching.
Sports are deeply tied to my identity.
They’ve been a powerful coping mechanism for me, leading to NCAA opportunities, scholarships, and meetings with legends like Billie Jean King.
These experiences shaped who I am. And they showed my mind how to deal with pressure.
Now, I help high-performing athletes, like you, get your confidence back and play like you know you can.
I’ll teach you how to rewire your thoughts and talk to yourself differently, so you can perform at your best.
You’ll see how even little changes in your language patterns can make the difference between a tiebreaker and a win.
Whether you’re a tennis player, swimmer, or team athlete, I’ve got your back.
Let’s get you winning again.
Go from doubt & self-sabotage…
…to believing in yourself and playing like you know you can.
I support athletes of all backgrounds, including…
teens and young adults in competitive sports
athletes in individual sports, including tennis, table tennis, and swimming
athletes who want to work together better as a team
